it's a very nice place and it's very close 2 town :) it's also close to decent shops and north adelaide...

i know paul i live in the area and i want to invest in my area also

Good luck with the sale. Be good if you can sell it privatley then you dont have strangers all the time and you dont have to pay a ajent. If i had the cash i would invest in that area as i used to the in Parks all my life but now im living at parafield gardens
