Im sitting here reading the forum eating my licorice bullets (yum!) and was wondering what everyone else liked who had a bit of a sweet tooth like myself...

I really LOVE white chocolate...

I like lollies mainly the old school ones - sherbies, redskins and the like...

What are your favourites?

OMG I am such a chocolate pig!!

My faves at the moment are:

Nestle block - coconut eclair... its like bounty in a block, but diff recipe and is really yum, its almost got a liquer last to it *drools*
Pods - ALL KINDS!!!
Milo Bars - they aren't as good as the old ones, but they are still pretty good!!

I consume chocolate on a daily basis (and you can tell that by my ever growing arse

)

I go thru phases, I'll have 2 or 3 faves and then I'll change.

There is no chocolate that I don't like!!

I dont like choccies as much as everyone else they give me migranes

However white chocolate does not

I don't eat chocolate at the best of times. Need to be in the mood for it.

But when I am, I love Adelaide, Australian made MENZ FRUIT CHOCS.... yummo.

Im with you letmeteachyou i prefer white chocolate myself. A couple months ago i got introduced to chillie chocolate up at that chocolate factory near Harndorf. It was killa! There are many favourites thare are just to many to list hahahahahahaha I reminds me of my favourite Beavis and Butthead episode where he goes nuts on the lollies and chocolate and has a sugar attack. Making me laugh now!

Cure for any chocolate addiction - work for Cadbury for a few years.....

Now that I can stomach the stuff again, Turkish Delight, Raspberry Bullets from Charlesworth, Milky Bar with Smarties or Ferrero Rocher (at Xmas time only for some reason!) are about it.

Lollies - well, that's another story!! Wizz Fizz (all types

) Pear Drops, Acid Drops, sugar-free strawberries & cream Chupa Chups (no sugar-burnt tongue

) and the old classics Redskins, White Knights, Toffee Apple Bars & Sherbies. Mmmmmmmm............

when it comes to chocolate the ultimate is Milky bars...

but since anthems I got hooked on chupa chups.. but the proper ones.. they help me draw

I have some little candys called "Heartbeats" they are little heart shaped lollies.. really yummy

Thays my favorite ATM.. but thats probably only because I have a huge pile of them here.

Also I LOVE the new cadbury BOOST bars.. so yummy

I'm not much of a chocolate eater myself... does nothing for me but occasionaly a small bit is good and when that happens usually bounty's are the go! And lollies... Does anyone know the little coke bottles? Mmmm!

Im not a fan of chocolate, i kind need to be in the mood.

If anyone can get there hands on the oldschool chocolate cigarettes im up for it!

Not big boss cigars (although they are another fav)

OMG Thane I remember the little chocolate cigarettes!!!! they were awesome!

And yes, I too have become quite addicted to the new Cadbury Boost Bar.

I really like chocolate covered scorched almonds from Haighs, as well as the cherry bars and apricot bars you can get from there.

Does anyone remember the Honey Macadamia Chocolate that you used to be able to get from Charlesworth Nuts?? It was my favourite! The bastards stop making it tho....

Oooo, and I really like Red Tulip After Dinner Mints, mmmm yummy....

my favourites are the old english jelly babies.
Hard to find can usually only get them at special lolly shops.
they are kinda firm on the outside and really soft in the middle and dusted with icing sugar and really addictive.

Another one of my faves are the green and white stripe old style mints with a chocolate centre
mmmmmmmmmmm yummy..............

On the chocolate thing.... has anyone trid the new nestle hot chocolate?? It is so yummy!! And it gets the thick layer of froth on top so you get a moustache!!

OMG 4 the first time in ages i managed to find 'pop rocks' magic gum (the stuff that crackles in ur mouth)!!! bought the place out that i found them in in Qld on the weekend hehehehe

ill b selling some of them in 'The Kandi Store' stall (in market place) @ Winter Enchanted July 9 for any1 who wants

and they have all of our fave cadbury bars there, but the british ones! They are in different packaging, and taste a little different too!

Everything in the UK is drowned in MSG, while it's just about banned here. A visit to the UK a few years ago had me suffering heart flutters after eating a heap of potatoe chips and chinese takeaway

Haigh's chocolates... any kind, any flavour!!! I'm a massive chocolate fiend but nothing beats haigh's!

I had to have care packages sent to me when ever I had to be in Sydney for more than a day because they didn't have a shop there.

anything sweet, I love it.... mmmm candy!

I've recently discovered the Cadbury Coconut rough... very yummy!

But i think you can only get it from fundraising things... we have a fundraising chocolate table about every 10metres at work!

Oooo, and I love the little caqndy covered licorice bullets you can get. They are pretty hard to find but you can get them in the central markets where they sell the dutch licorice!

Aussie chocolate has a higher concentration of sugar also - the UK stuff has higher % of cocoa butter. Cocoa butter melts quite easily and so isn't as stable in the Australian heat. Hence the different taste.

BTW - a Chupa Chup will begin to melt at around 55 degrees centigrade. So if you find a melted one in your car, better hope you haven't left your dog or your kid in there
