Devious, theres not too many DJs in Adelaide who work as hard between the decks, he has always got something happening

Tom (Madness) is an absolute delight on the deCks and Competely underrated. He has a box full of pure gold with everything that warms my heart suCh as "Color of Love", "Shine On", "Every time I see the Girl", "GraCe of God", and of Course an old sChool girlie female voCal is not Complete with Robin S!.. Another gem is George (GTB) and ATB.. I adore Maestro D as one of the original MCs - having SCott T would be a real treat and if teamed up with Gt or HMC - I am stuCk to the DanCefloor!

Andy J without a doubt. And I miss my boy jayse. Heaven management should no better, but that's another story.
I miss fresh'N'Ups. I liked dancing there and the hijinks that went on backstage. Bloody jayse and his Chartreuse.

i went Jarrod - Mr.S for versatility/broad styles and for being inline with my musical tastes - everytime i see him, he`s always playing tunes i either own and love, or plays wikid tracks for the first time/that i have never heard!
I voted for H-Bomb but Angu$ is right up there too.. I kinda loose track of what DJs are up because I get lost in the tracks.. anthems is the only rave I goto where all I do is sit back and absorb the tracks..

My vote went to Devious - based solely on his performance at the last anthems @St Pauls. Anyone who can keep me bouncing off the walls until past 7am with NO other assistance 
besides every playing every single track I love, is a total legend in my mind! Not sure about that Ghostbusters ending though.....bit of a scary way to finish the evening!

Looking at the poll now and it seems that the current toss-up is between Angus and Mr S, followed by H-Bomb.
I don't really care who's playing. Just as long as they dust those tracks off and make me want to dance, I'll be quite the PLURry old raver dude.
But it'll definitely be good to see a few familiar faces and new ones at that.

From what i can remember, he said he always finished on that tune when he plays old school. I dont think any DJ worked as hard behind the decks as he did that night, track rotation was very fast and very smooth, i swear he went through his whole crate... his technical skills really goes well with the old school sound.

Mal Chia played some classics that night as well, remember having hearing Underworld and a few others that i cant put a name on at the moment.

Can't remember if I posted or not but I like jayse (not only coz he's mate) but he is diverse in all the tracks he plays. You name it and he can pretty much play it. Also a great introducer to hot chicks, great blokes and Jamesons with coke.
Versatility is definately one of jayse's strengths! I'll keep my mouth shut about the rest though hehe

Jayse wins...nah, they're all good. I like a bit of everything but most of the DJs have just stuck to the one genre, where as jayse has played genres (and the defunct ones) like speed garage, 2step, breaks, jungle/drum'n'bass, happy hard (for those that remember Fresh'n'Up and the old Chem), house in all its forms, bits of trance and little bits of techno. He's a mate who pushed boundaries in the major clubs by trying to introduce different styles of music to clubbers and ravers alike; and trying not to play handbag house which seems to be the restriction for most clubs at the moment.

I have been watching jayse play since Fresh N Ups and he always plays the girly house which i love!!!

i really hope Angu$ comes back! these youngins need to be shown a good DJ! i think he is under recognised in the pole! most of the young people havent seen him play and they have seen alot of H-Bomb! not to say he isnt a good DJ! just think there are a few other names who should be leading this pole! but the younger generation of raver have taken on to the harder stuff like H-Bombs hardcore which explains his popularity!

Hi yeah i dont know UZU was GR8 at the ARK & STATE as well he had some killer tracks i used to love it when he played ZULU NATION hehe last i saw of Gary was he was playing at the Heritage upstairs in the late 90s I heard he went back to Sydney as he was getting some gigs over there

i like DJ young star he is a hardcore DJ and he rocks he is on the same level as H-Bomb and he goes off you may have herd him play he gets a few jobs here and there....
Wow so many good DJs They each have their good points, but cant go past an old anthems set by the mister 'Andy J'.

I remember seeing George The Boss do a set at heaven end of last year, and it was awesome!!! He played Heaven Scent by Bedrock, and oh my god... I had "a moment" on the dancefloor. the only way I can describe it, spiritual.
GTB is a older friend of mine's fave DJ, if he's playing at the next anthems, I know I'll definately be able to get her to come along!! (She barely goes out anymore)

Haha... you think... but of course you were! You would never of drank alcohol before you turned 18! None of us would've, we were all angelic as teenagers.

The fact of the matter is they are all legends of old school tunes. Hmmm Ive always loved Brendon, Dr Damage and MPK (for old DnB & jungle) playing at anthems events and they should always be part of the DJ line up. anthems wouldnt be the same without Brendon and Damage pumping out thick uplifting trance and hard house tunes.... Why is it that Im always the mezmorised blonde girl dancing up the front with or without my friends till the early hours of the morning to these guys.. They rock!!!

DJ ben, and H-Bomb. cant pick between the two. the bomb because he just gets inide your head and reads what u wanna hear and delivers everytime. majority of my best raving tiomes have been had during a H-Bomb set. ben because the stuff he spins is insane, there is no way to stop yourself crankin it when this fella steps up to the plate. whatever the track u ended on i think it was at one.ONE, it was insanely fast.
