Kirsty has been an artist and designer since childhood and has finally found a comfy place to express her work. hmmmm....my mind is tickin away right now...will think on it and get back to you...how much (approx) for a satin zip up jacket, with a hood (jackets must have hoods) with reflective piping down the arms and up the sides? Must be lined too....

LOL All jackets do need hoods!! I love hoods

....still make them without tho!!
Around $100 mark but we'll draw up a design 4 ya and exact materials/colours and negotiate from there

yea babe, but these are hand made with love and alot of time and effort goes into them.

Exactly why i started making stuff 4 rave scene! Plus i'm not big on spending around $200 for simple phatties that are usually way 2 big and heavy.

I try to work with as many natural fibers as possible and making things lightweight and easy to move in.

Anthems jackets are $80 mark....taking in I have to order in all reflective materials and adding hood makes it a little more than that. Plus the custom made thing does come into it

The complete outfit is $110, just skirt and top is approx $75
I can still make matching gators for same price as in lycra tho

Cyber inspired vest and gators...Due to padding can become unbearably hot and the synthetic fabric used doesnt breath. Really good for pants and gators, but if you overheat easy I dont reccomend tops or vests made like this for crowded indoor events. (Great for outdoor raves tho!!!!)

Characters/costumes
These heads (and respective bodies, not pictured) were made for Kevin Energy (Nu-NRG Collective) and shipped over to the UK earlier in the year.
If you attended E7 last year you may have seen the originals during his set in the early hours of the morning

I was thinking.... i want another pair of denim phats... With a picture of a cat head (again and obviously; ) on the bottom of each leg in refelctive stuff... (there maybe an enchanted photo with them on there?) like pink/blue/white/silver but was thinking i could (could) step out the square and maybe even go a bit of yellow.. maybe....

hope u dont mind me putting this pic on, i made these leg gators for my modeling graduation, while all the chicks were in evening gowns, this is what i wore, i have some great ideas for cloths but im not to good with the sewing part and all that. do u think u might be able to help me at all???

there are some awsome cloths out there, i want to get some of my own cloths together, some that no one else has. the gators cost me about 70 to make cause i was running out of time and had to pay someone at ttp to sew them up for me. i was the only one wearing a wig

it was only 40 to sew it, i already had it cut out and pinned together. i had to go to a place in the plaza where they do tayloring and stuff..... it was expensive but they did it on short notice, i wanted them done that day cause my graduation was that nite.

I agree its still over the top....but thats what alterations places would prob charge...not their normal kinda work (or fabric...were they made out of fur???)

And I guess a tailoring place would've probably have never sewn something like a pair of gators, so they would've seen it as a "specialised item" and charged you accordingly.

yeah they were fluffy, u should have seen some of the looks when i came out of the toilet, man there were so many snobby girls there and they were giving me dirty looks, i think my group were the only group that were relaxed with each other and just had fun. my friends helped me do my hair up and put my wig on and do my face.

im glad i looked different, i dont wear formal dresses at nite so why would i wear ont there. i love rave cloths but have been pretty bad when it comes to going out...help get me out and about again, i feel old and im only 26

here is a pic of me on my way out to teice as nice last year i think, i was a bit dissapointed, me and my bf got matching cloths thinking it would be really cool and that heaps of ppl would be dressed up, but no, there were only a few ppl dressed up, our friend payed us out but we got on the heaven web site for both nites and some other web site, so sucked in Mr Straight....lol

thanx, we rang up DJ Josh at fresh and asked her where to buy them from, and we went round the shop getting this and that til we put together an out fit that matched, but id much rather be wearing my own cloths, ill draw some up when i have time and run them past u.

i still rekn $40 is still pricey for just sewing it up
gators are reasonably easy to make....short notice or not
and if u had already cut and pinned them then their job was made heaps easyer

I agree its still over the top....but thats what alterations places would prob charge...not their normal kinda work (or fabric...were they made out of fur???)

yeah I agree... $40 to just sew them considering u'd already cut them out and pinned them together is a bit bloody steep!!! But, many stores would probably charge you that unfortunately. Oh well.... at least your gators were done and no one else was wearing the same as you!

And I guess a tailoring place would've probably have never sewn something like a pair of gators, so they would've seen it as a "specialised item" and charged you accordingly.

yeah they were fluffy, u should have seen some of the looks when i came out of the toilet, man there were so many snobby girls there and they were giving me dirty looks, i think my group were the only group that were relaxed with each other and just had fun. my friends helped me do my hair up and put my wig on and do my face.

im glad i looked different, i dont wear formal dresses at nite so why would i wear ont there. i love rave cloths but have been pretty bad when it comes to going out...help get me out and about again, i feel old and im only 26

here is a pic of me on my way out to teice as nice last year i think, i was a bit dissapointed, me and my bf got matching cloths thinking it would be really cool and that heaps of ppl would be dressed up, but no, there were only a few ppl dressed up, our friend payed us out but we got on the heaven web site for both nites and some other web site, so sucked in Mr Straight....lol

Hi Guys

did any happen to see the Anastacia look- alike at enchanted this year, she was wearing a bright orange top and balck mesh pants (very light mesh) with orange stripes down the side, thought SpecialK you might of designed or put together

.... it was very nice :-) and a bit revealing, lets say you could tell the colour and type of underwear she was wearing when the sun was still showing

her freind was wearing all white top and mini with white feathers, again very nice

I love comming to Enchanted, great music, atmosphere and cool clothing :-)

As of xmas 2005 there will be stock to buy off the shelf as well as easy access to order different colours/sizes/styles of those items on display!
We still specialise in custom orders for all ravers and party heads, but now provide access for last minute outfits in a central location!

Happy High Herbs is open from 10.30am daily and closes at 6.30pm (late on Fridays)

We call them gators over here some other states of australia just call them legwarmers...

they are predominately made from craft fur, or faux fur, but also can be made with pretty much anything

SilverSpider: Okies...the straps in question were $50, most expensive u can get (short of reflective strip the whole length of the straps) with the "O" ring and cross feature at the back, widest width and pieces of reflective in 6 parts...
Straps can come in a variety of fluro colours and styles and come between $30 and $60 in price (inc. all "d"-rings to attach hooks to pants)

ANYONE THINKING OF GETTING A PAIR OF PHATTS LISTIN HERE!

i recently got a pair of jeans that were heaps wide from an op shop for 15 bucks. i talked to kirsty about what could be done to make them into phatts and she came up with a design that was COMFORTABLE, REFLECTIVE, AFFORDABLE and last but not least AMAZING!

she completly transformed my old second-hand jeans into bad-ass killa phatts and for that im eternally gratefull

Whenever u like babe!! all washed and ready to go (altho the belt did dissapear some time ago hmmm easy enuf to replace with your own tho!!)
this one isnt too bad...im pretty small and fits (well used to fit) me fine!!
I might be heading thru city later tonight or if your near city/just south or west i can prob come straight to u whenever...

skirt is a wrap thing and easy enuf to take in if need be...but pretty confident it would fit you!! same with top & other skirt...

as for gators it really depends on calf size, im small to average and they fit nicely...dont leave much room for stretching tho because of the design...

Okies: 2 lots of news for you all...

1) Next week (after Thurs or Fri) will be as much stock as I can possibly get thru (from now) in 3rDimension down at Semaphore

2) The big box of random outfits that have been advertised should also be joining the rest of my stock. (Prices are tbc, but looking like $7.50e or 2 for $12 at absolute worst!!) So if your looking for something basic and dont mind that it was worn once or twice def head down and have a look!! (Plus Ive added some extra bits and pieces )

I'm going to try and keep as much stock in there leading up to Winter Enchanted and you can either contact me thru there or email/PM if your after custom orders!

and to counter-act the really short thing, get some over the knee gators! K made a cool pair a couple of years back...

that way you've only got like, a foot of leg showing... so its ok!! haha

Yeh she has heard alot from people which i think is a great thing. It will give her a boost for what she loves doing!
