the line up was long and I know it frustrated allot of people but it was a really top night and if that and a sweaty roof (which is going to happen anywhere with that amount of people jammed in and sweating it up) were the worst parts about the night then I say the whole anthems team did a fucking awesome job! I certainly enjoyed myself, as did the rest of my lot and just about everyone else we saw there.

Im glad you all cleared that up - that it wasnt a crap rave - I know it was good

I feel sorry for the poor bride & groom tryin to get married next door.... Classic haha.. now maybe a complaint might come from that.. if they weren't to know

I agree the SECURITY were working very slow early in the night.

I've not had any issues like this in the past 2 years with this venue, it was unexpected.

Venue management did sort out the problem and by 1am everything was back on track!

by 1am? The toilets downstairs were still closed at 3 cos of that wedding... they didn't need to use em... the line up to the girls was long (not unusual ) but there was a line up to use the hand basins too! and don't get me started on the line up to get indoors... i missed Mark 7 dammit gah...
but a glorious night/morning was had by all just wish there were more photos of the d'n'b room, it was fantastic that we had the largest room in St. Pauls, compared to the last anthems held there. but i loved that little room downstairs too - one of the best nights i'll always remember

the line up... the sweaty roof.. lines for toilets... but did u have fun.... as that is the main thing. no one with half a brain in their body would let a line up ruin there night.
it was a great night out and i sure as hell wont let waiting in line bother me or put any shadows on the nights merrits.

yeah im extremely happy i didnt have to do the catwalk thing. i know i wouldve made a right knob of myself (not that thats unusual), but yeah was a good laugh too. seeing Jase up there was a good start to the night. Farkin funny or what? was good to meet u too and your bogan girlfriend. and no i shagsy i wouldnt have complained.

Yeah the line up sucked.... but shit happens unfortunately. You live and learn!

A couple of friends of mine were on the free before mindinght list, but due to the line, by the time they got to the front door it was like 5 minutes past the cut off time. (they'd been lining up for an hour and a half. Apparantly Chad still had the list in his hand!However, they were refused free entry. THAT sucked. One paid $60 to get in and the other went home. But rough I reckon.

one of my friends who had free entry walked straight past the door girl and chad. but i made him go back and get his name checked off... i was standing right there and watched him...well done to them for having their eyes closed... wonder if any1 else got in....

i had fun!! I was still dancing even wen the music had stopped at 7am ....err and on the side of the road while waiting for a bus haha. i could still hear the music in my head hehe

agreed, wasn't so bad anyway, we just took it in shifts while the others drank at the nearest bar... winstons i think it was called.

By the time we got to the corner all of the ticket holders went to another line so it shortened considerably..

I do hope that that set up doesn't happen again.
Only one on door for searching, one for tickets and one for check list, 1/2 late to open doors and not extend cut off for extra 1/2 to compensate. hmmmm.

Welcome to St. Pauls

In every experience I've had there, it's "rained" and while it might seem a little gross at first it just comes with the massive crowds of partypeople and if anything it adds to the atmosphere. I mean, that many people partying so hard that it rains, everyone out there for a great time and hours of hard dancing, just equals a wicked night for me

Anyone feel the same?

Straight out of the gates, you don't know how many times i've wanted to write somthing bad about mazda's and realise that your name is madaz... secondly there were pass outs at like 10:30 i came out to go to the car looked up the block and couldn't see the end of the line so i went back...this was definatly a big even...and in my opinion the best rave i have ever attended this and oldschool anthems i have had the most fun at....funny ey must be sumthing about the venue that gives me a nice warm euphoric insides bubbling...it must be love

werd - its a party - line ups happen.. sweat condensation happens, it adds to the nature of the scene - its not about primed up, proper people - like that? goto heaven, simple.

raves are about getting stinky, dancing your balls/flaps off untill your that fucked, u cant move!

Well reading all your write ups I must've been one of the lucky ones for the line up caper... Got there and saw two lines, one for 'no ticket' people and then went to join the line for 'ticket people' to see it went back to the side road and I thought geez here we go an hour or so to get in. But to my surprise and delight we were in in about 10-15 mins. Maybe it's cause we didn't get there till midnight.

Would like to give 3 cheers to all the people that made ONE one of the best nights I've had in a long time.... HIP HIP HOORAY! HIP HIP HOORAY! HIP HIP HOORAY!
