or at least some advice.......

for those of you that know me and my story your probably laughing your tits off at me right now....yes i know im a dic*head

.for those of you that dont know my story if you would like to know youll have to ask very nicely, cause i already feel like enough of a twit.

. it has something to do with the feds thinking im a terrorist.

. anyway if anybody on here is a lawyer or you know of a lawyer, a good one, i would appreciate any help i could get

tell them that the cells in your body were aultered on a molecular level and you couldn't help it IF they understand they'll know your full of shit but the government arn't that smart

no i dont think i have a choice in that. hopefully its somewhere near the sun. and yeah theyre getting pretty tough these days. apparently theres a whole heap of new laws just come in. if i did it 3 months ago i wouldve just been kicked outta there...but i wasnt so lucky

I had a bit of trouble with the law not long ago - it was a fucking huge strain on my life for quite a while.

Mangan Ey and Associates were who I had handle the case (Steven Ey in fact, one of the partners).

I basically chose the biggest advertisement in the Yellow Pages. Cost me little over $1000 for a few months of work, and the charges were dropped.

I don't know them personally, but I'm extremely happy with how they handled my situation - so that's my two cents.

Correct.

Civil = I'm taking my neighbour to court because their dog keeps barking and it's violating noise regulations all hours of the day/night and I want to put a stop to it.

Criminal = I broke into my neighbours house and broke $10, 000 worth of statues and now I'm being charged with property damage and could spend time in jail, etc.

Caldicott & Co down at Brighton are the best....they do all the big cases and are not that expensive. I got him to represent my ex after Mangan Ey couldnt do it.

Just having fun mate

It was a great night, but i ended up walking home from the RAH after disputing my DUI reading. The sad thing was i walked from the RAH to Ingle Farm. IT TOOK HOURS!!!

I had been caught DUI 3 times in a fortnight, and Lindblom Lawyers adjourned my case over a 12 month period, and when it finally went to court i got six months suspension and $500 fine, 2yr Good Behaviour Bond.... MINIMUM Sentence. It cost me $360 for the representation and i never had to go to court at all... They handled everything from start to finish.

well that was a little bit further than my walk from a few weeks ago from the ark to west tce maccas, the guys said i was gone for bout 1hr30, to me it only felt like 30 min, and i think i would have blown well over the limit

Congrats Chris P, u did well all things considered i.e. the bureaucracy that surrounds us everywhere.. There is alot of that BS happening in general & spesh down the airport...a family member works down @ the apt & some of the shit i have been told is just so so wrong! security!?

ur welcome buddy. the security down there is really atrocious! for supposedly the best apt in oz its fkn shite! i had chance to go do an inspection of it b4 it opened...i got the days wrong!?

but didnt realise this till after

... but i was able to walk in & get upstairs to where the departure bits are b4 ANYONE even so much as batted an eyelid or asked me wot i was doing!? scary stuff!

yeah lawyers are good but the bill is usually a bit hard to swallow. i try n represent myself, if its nothing too serious....not that it happens often!?

but with ur case ur options were limited. BTW i think ur 'bill payment' plan is a good one

beats the option i had after taking Honda to court=none=my own $

but they had to pay fukloads more tho!!
