Fresh New Logo

As many of you will know Fresh FM just released a new logo..
Huge party, got all excitted about.. havent even got it on thier website yet..
pesonally I am not to sure I like it... but I want to get your opinion on it

i think i personaly prefered the old logo, this one is trying to be too corperate for my liking

I don't think I like it. Its very boring, plain... old one was heaps better IMO.

Don't like it at all. The old logo is/was heaps better.

Personally i didn't think this one is flash at all!!

But then again, the last one was just a copy of Macromedia Flash player logo...

macromedia flash logo? That logo goes way back to before macromedia flash, to a record label called fresh records back in the late 80's early 90's

nup, heaps not doing it for me...

i mean it's got heaps of potential and all but that image looks like something thrown together in ms paint

I might like it better in orange and pink (fuschia) perhaps....bit funkier in those colours

I think we should stick to the old logo, cos it's a well known logo, and why change something thats convinient?

utter crap. i have like 3 old stickers. and im gonna put 1 of them on my new car, cus that new one is a piece of crap. i would like to know they reason they changed the logo, and if it was a good reason then i might accept the new 1 a bit better..

Its the new RnB station, they also like to play repeats of cheese constantly. Listen for half an hour and you'll get to hear everything they play in a week.

Its very dull, needs to be a different colour and more funky. Although I wish I could get paid to make something that simple!!! Id be laughing all the way to the bank

Well i think maybe perhaps im the only person who doesnt 'MIND' it...
Hell yeah it could be so much better than it is...
but like lots of you have said, its simple... and simple is easier
and even tho blue is their color i think other colours would look a bit better...

Of course i love the old logo so much better, but if thats what the Fresh team asked for and were after then we cant blame the designer for making it because that just might be what they wanted... ya know?

Perhaps come back after a couple of weeks and see what you think or something... after you've seen what theyre going to do with it...

KAFM - i have a sticker of that at my parents place in my cubby house that's funny...

The thing is, they didn't PAY anyone for it... there was a competition advertising to design a new logo... the comp ran for like, a week... so with that little time, no wonder it was all they came up with...

thats really bad... they so shouldve publicised it more and extended the competition... i woulda sent in an entry for sure...!!!!!! But meh anyway we'll get over it and get used to it im sure

Its ok looks different and futuristic, but I like the other logo better.
The old one is more funky, old skool, better colours, and the 'F' stands out more.
To be honest the new logo makes me think of spring water, funny hey

Maybe that was the idea - to get people thinking of kicking off conga lines in bank queues

Not sure how all the dots are related to music & youth issues, which are supposedly at the core of the station, but I'm sure someone will "connect the dots" for me soon.....

dots - they resmble the shape of cd's and vinyls
AS for the water loo 'water is as fresh as it gets baby'

yeah its crap. dont be dissing the designer though. we design for a living not for looks. gotta put food on the table. obviously someone gave it the go ahead that has no taste.

Looks like crap the old logo is heaps better. It was a competition to design the logo ,clearly there were not that many good ones.
