great idea Ben....before I go in and have a look, tell us....are there ay shots of you from your 'private' collection on the site to tempt us ladies

will give some real feedback later

BAHAHAHAHAH... your a cracker SMP! But i second the question LOL!!!

will check it out and let you know buddy

downloading the mix now....I'll be dancing around the loungeroom shortly I'm sure

>>> Afflilates / Links clean up the logos in photoshop and make it look part of the page hate when they look added on!

>>> Track Listing: section.. first title is bolded but no-one of the other are?

>>> NEWS - www.djslide.net stickers now available.. is it going to www.djslide.net or just djslide.net you should make a policy now!!!

>>> the background gradient is repeating itself down the page on my browser.. you should test the page on IE (mac and pc), FireFox (pc), Safari (mac) and maybe opera (mac and pc) to see if you're happy with who it looks on all of them!!!

>>> this should be MADE ALOT MORE OBVIOSULY... you're being generous.. people should know about it...
"copies of the january promo mix on me for the next few weeks - make sure you come and see me for yours!!"

You even get people to SMS there postal addess and mail them out to them I've got carboard sleaves that cost 15c which can get mailed for 50c so for about $1 all out you can make people feel extra special

Just my thoughts...

hope so! its nice n girly and chilled first half - then steps up a notch

also included Audio Beverage - local tunes in there

wikid Paul - thanks for comments - will fix up soon - and yeah agreee on points so far

the mix cd - didnt wanna be too generous till i get the burns sorted.. atleast not for the first one anyways as theres a weird problem on it.. gotta sort it.

cheers mate, appreciate all ur help and support to date!

Nice comments Paul, ever the man of guidance...love your work Buddy!!!

:-( the MP3 download is 80 meg and i have dial up with a 5 hour limit on each block.... fingers crossed.. lol..

Download GetRight (http://www.getright.com/). It will let you countinue downloads if you disconnect or if the download times out.

yeah after i posted that i installed getright 5.2 or something. might b an old version but it works.. but thanks 4 the sugestion.

I can only echo these two. The affiliate link images look tacky right now - find a different way to incorporate them into the site.

.. and consistency for the track listing bolding, etc.

Otherwise - I'm downloading the promo mix now, and have already passed the link onto a few friends to see what they think.

Good luck with it all, man

hey guys, just uploaded a new mix to the site and updated a few things.

i also have a psy mix available - this one rocks it - was recorded from Fresh on Friday night - and went pretty well.

Black Cat
120 Gouger street city.

It's because there are blank spaces in it - the forum "thinks" the link is finished when actually it's not.

Try using underscores instead to make it easier.

For example:

http://www.mildrens.com.au/ben/mix/djslide_-_jan_PSY_mix.mp3

Would show up fine

** Edit: .. and the images for both Black Cat and Lockdown Promotions dont have links attached to them .. RA and anthems do though, which is cool

yeh lockdown and blackcat dont actually have links..

will fix up the other suggestions soon
