Is a friendly neighbourhood located West of the City down Henley Beach road (not far from beach), close to large supermarket and small shops open till midnight as well as take-away venues.
The house is located on a quiet street opposite a church and down the road from a primary school therefore giving extra security and a friendly atmosphere.
15min Bus-ride from city (Numerous bus stops near by)

Rent is $120 per week + Expenses such as telephone, gas, water, electricity and broadband.
Food can be either split between 2 or individually purchased.

I know how horrific it was for us to find a good housemate- although they were all country boys
now repeat after me 'it is not hard to take off my cow poo covered boots before walking on the carpet, i am fully capable of cooking AND cleaning for myself, just because the bathroom door does not lock- it does not mean i have permission to peek throughit when others are showering'- pfffft- we had a few nightmares but found a really great one in the end (male too)

House is a huge 3 br tudour, massive backyard, 5 mins NW of town. Wireless internet, house fully furnished, although you will need your own Bedroom furniture.

I do have a child who would be here every second weekend, so on those weekends, very strict house rules would apply, but other than that, I'm pretty laid back and flexible.

Room $90 + half of all bills (gas, electricity, internet) Bond negotiable.

Guess it's my turn to hijack the thread.
I have minimum 1, maybe 2 rooms available in this house. It's a 3 bedroom place with a small loungeroom and a big loungeroom also (big one currently used for computers).
Nice place at Glandore with great landlords and storage area in shed. Large outdoor area also.

Been here for 15 months so far and one of the current housemates are leaving, with the other one also considering it, both for financial reasons. Rent would need be negotiated, but would resemble $90-$100 a week + bills etc. Let me know if you're interested or want more info
