Hi all!! I am looking at taking my daughter to the zoo in the next couple of weeks and im just wondering if anyone would like to join us.

No set date as yet as i wanted to get some more people to come with us so if anyone keen we will work out dates from here

then i'm hiding behind you.. and you can stroke my hair while i rock back and forth in a corner somewhere after seeing the penguins... other than that we love the zoo and the big cats getting fed... goody, goody I want to go!!

I think they are cute so you can hide behind me if you like.....the otters, meercats and tamarins are my favourites though...and if I get even half a chance to stuff one or all of them up my jumper and take them home I'm doing it!!!!

By a large demand I bring to you anthems at the zoo!

As suggested in a previous thread we have come to agree with the following details:

Date : Sunday, May 7th

Time: Gates are open from 9.30am - 5pm

I have contacted the Zoo regards to us getting a discount because we are a large group they have offered us this:

Our group rates are as follows:

Adults $13
Children $ 9
Concession $12

A Group consists of ten or more paying persons. Under four years of age
are free.

However for us to recieve these prices we must walk through the gate as a group of 10 or more at the one time or they have given us the option of pre purchasing our tickets. Which means that i'd be willing to collect all the money and pre purchase the tickets for everyone.

So come along with us for a fun day for young and old!!! This being a great opportunity for all of us to socialise and get to know everyone in a non loud music atmosphere.

Last time i was there there was some calves in the petting zoo area- right next to those evil spitting alpaca bastards

set a time for us to meet at the gates on North Tce

would you like me to pre purchase the tickets (this means ill have to collect the money and purchase the tickets a week before the day so i can distribute the ticket to all of you by 5th May)
