Yeah, his Enchanted set was totally off the mark. I was hoping for some spine-tinglers to accompany that gorgeous sunrise, but it didn't quite happen that way Be interesting to see him in a more intimate environment, after the massive events I've seen him at in the UK.

I thought the venue was Tonic - has it been changed again???

Yep, his enchanted set was all wrong - I'm a trance freak and ended up going back to the car!!! He should have been on at 10pm not 6.00am straight after Glazby.

Not sure what's happening with the venue. Rave Ad says Tonic and inthemix says Savvy....

agreed - pretty sure heath is still confirming venue - id say it will be at tonic at this stage tho

Yeah - venue actually does matter to me. Whilst it's true pretty much anywhere is great if you're surrounded by friends & friendly faces, sound system, security, bar staff, climate control and past experience are also important factors. I guess I'm just getting picky in my old age.....

Um... Paul Van Dyk was at Earth... The worlds #1 DJ played at Earth... Just cuz Earth has 'a crappy sound system' it makes up for it with having better Internationals than anywhere else.

Am I seriously the only person who doesn't have a problem with Earths sound system???

i think earths sound system is ok, it all depends where you are sitting or in my case if you know me im short so i have the tendancy of table dancing and i think the sound system is fine... like i said depends where your standing

So the music is better depending on how tall you are?

I don't get it... Maybe my ears are just not as fine tuned as everyone else's but Earth sounds the same as St Paul's/Tonic/any other venue to me...

Which is fine with me, least I know I'm going to have a wicked time no matter where I go. Better than sitting there complaining about the sound system

I've actually already seen all my favourite international DJs overseas in locations & venues that have to be seen to be believed, so I'm a spoilt, jaded brat

That's very true!!! It's just us older crew need the best possible sound system 'cause our hearing is f@cked from years of raving - especially raveprincess!

its not how tall you are, it depends where you are standing at the time because the room is tiny and the music is loud the music bounces back from the walls.

However i have noticed a large improvment from 4strings when the sound system was rather poor.. then went to paul van Dyk n it sounded fine
