Barossa Valley Wine Car Cruise

OK i was speaking to a few of the guys last nite, and i am thinking bout doing a anthems wine car Cruise. for some of us that have hotted up cars, and not 2 forget the one that just want to go 4 a drive 2, and then the others that just want to hop in to someone else car for a drive, 2 all go for a hills drive and end up at a winery 2 taste the wine (for the ones that arnt driving), and the chesse.

the better day to do it i think is on a sunday arvo, and i am going to throw out a few days now in advance, and pick the best day, that we can all go!!!!

now these days r not final yet,, so dont freak out if u can make it, just tell me which dates ppl r free and try to work it out 2 suit every ones needs.

i have kinda worked out a cruise plan, which i have been on before and it was great, but the area we will be heading out will be up to the brossa way

we're in, toby is thinking of taking the valiant up now that it's running so smoothly courtesy of joker (cheers simon - you rock). So we have spare seats in the val if anyone wants in, let us know... we have no radio and it's kinda drafty so bring a blankey and your best singing voice. The plus being that you could fit about 6 barrels in the boot of that thing!

Unfortunately, the police found it necessary to defect my car and send it to everyone's favourite place.....Regency

So I am in the process of clearing that but it means I won't be able to join everyone on the cruise. Hopefully another one is held so that I can come meet some people and go for a boost. Sounds like a top idea.
If anyone here see's me driving, come up and say hello. This is my car.....soon to have new plates on it when Regency is over and done with.

Don't you hate it when they do that right before a cruise!!! i'm always paranoid they're going to defect mine. I've heard though if u take it to regency on a friday late arvo everyone who works there just wants to go home so they'll do a half arssed job therefore you still have half your defectable things on there and wont havr to pay as much to get it all change do over

There'll be other cruises on for sure but i know every second sat of each month MCK have a cruise (modified car klub) police sometimes show up but not too much, or there RCK on every first sat or each month....but they have ALOT or police catch up with them on that one! stiil good to go on tho in an undefectable car

I don't know if i can make it on this crusie guys cos having a few problems with my car once again but maybe someone might get his subaru fixed in time

ok ppl the test rum has been done, and it worked out ok.
one one prob the Barossa Valley Cheese Company will be closed on the sunday

tho we did call in there 2day, and damn they had some nice stuff!!!

now the set off time will be 10am sharp!!!!, cause we have made booking for times, so ppl will be meeting at bunning at parafield airport at 930,

now i need to know defented by no later that wend nite, cause i have to ring and make bookings!!!!!!!!

so far i have ppl for cars and how many seats they have left

Still unsure if we can make it.

As we picked up rally car last night, and lets just say "I'm not happy" with the repair to the rear quarter panel.

So I now have a lot more work to do to get it right. If we can make it, we'll be there at 9.30

Also, probably wont have spare seats as I still have my 1/2 roll cage and harnesses fitted.

any way, ppl just grab any old car that can be driven, the main reason i started this, is that i wanted to take the old school 280zx out for a run, but i have takin it off the road to finally do some work on it, i know bad timing lol. so life aura has lended he car 4 me to use, so all good!

so this still will be a great day, hope see u all out there on sunday!!!!!

fuck.... the lego man... the fun was in the carpark... wasnt it toby..... we didnt get the kids livers for the black market but we shall return some day.... shame they didnt fall in the puddle and the ball never made it in the orchard... WE TRIED!!!

thanks to shagsfuckall for taking us on the cruise. and not singing as much as was once first thought... although... there was one track... my ears hurt

im scarred for life!!!! thats twice you have forced me to listen to singing!!

the lego man, was a man with lego in his shed..... we were thinking that he had stolen the guys and skinned them, i was hoping to purchase a pair of paul hammon pants... thought we saw them walking, but it was just other ppl wearing their skins...lol...u had to be there, the fun was truely in the car park.
