I have about 6 mental old school killer mixes and some that I need to convert from tape
(anyone know what program to use)
and many other OK mixes
and its sad we cant offer them for download
anthems needs hosting to spread the love
or we need some way to share our tunes?

EpharGyr21 Apr 2005, 6:06pm

Any wav editing should do it, i use Sonic Foundry Sound Forge

Anjr25 Apr 2005, 9:17pm

In this regard it would be:
Xcitement -1,2,3 and at levitate
Uzi
Nigel & Madness at state
HMC -farewell party at the Gog
2120 -mad house flavour
ATB - the ark

The classics all before 93...........

we can work it out to offer them as mixes... I've got a couple of ideas!

How long till you'll have them ready... can you just dump them on CDr if you like and we can find someone else can clean them up for!?!

No sadness here

Look the idea.
Paul

well njoi live in manchester is on cd
thats essential for every collection

who else is game?

jase31r26 Apr 2005, 3:16pm

convert them all to CD b4 they stretch anymore

nickdub29 Jun 2005, 7:22pm

best mix tape i have ever heard would be a tie between a couple of fairburn tapes, and one particular copy of a dreaming daisies show that 2120 did, and it was chock full'o cajmere tunes...........best memories from them, one of sitting at emu park near yepoon during a lightning show on this monument ,listening to a fairburn mix in 92, whilst wanging out and watching all the islands light up, and the 2120 mix whilst sitting in my t-18 beast up at skye, again in 92, watching the rain come down hard.....damn you, breals, for killing my tape!!!!

Seven of GAFFiO29 Jun 2005, 7:28pm

Well i wasnt old enough to buy any dance related tapes... the only tape i ever bought was the Salt Water Single by Sean Lennon

BUT I have downloaded quite a cool old tape set which is pretty cool.

Check it out below
