im going home!

although I don't know them, I'd be keen. I've been looking to break out of my usual social petterns, and get away from the norm

so depending on what weekend it is (whether I have Jordan or not) I could be convinced to come along

well the dinner for my mother is the 14th. so it will be that weekend..

im planning to leave early friday morning, or potentially even thursday, and travel back on the sunday/monday.

magic mark and teasha are forum members on here. im pretty sure u woudl know them emma! teasha is my cousin!

ill post more details and thoughts as they come to me!

hahaha so should be a ripper of a weekend

my only commitments are friday nights dinner with mum.. the rest of the time ill either be sitting at the beach or in town with tesh/mark plotting some kinda raverish past time!

gotta pick up a monitor after work, and do some errands.. but anytime from 7pm onwards i should be available.. i dont jhave plans tonight. been avoiding making any.

mid July, ill be heading home for my mothers birthday its her 50th!

as many would know, its a 700km drive down to coffins bay where ill be staying. 50km away from Majic Mark and Teasha. altho i am planning to spend some time in port lincoln with them. and i know theres a few on here from back my way aswell!

this is just a general post and enquirie to anyone who may be interested in a bit of a road trip down that way with me. Port lincoln needs soe raver influence!

tesh and mark are great to party with, and im sure by the time its organised, we'll have some form of shenanagins planned!

so.. is anyone keen to come party? or if anyone has family that way, share the journey all the way.. or even part way there. ill have a company car, so i wont be shy of using it

can drop people off on way there at familys place etc.

im also planning on stopping in and seeing Tegan, Acid Angel on this trip aswell!

so post your thoughts/interest!

I really should take you up on this road trip coz my dad lives over there, but in the grand scheme of things I am a bad daughter and I'll be at Hard Evolution raving my face off

yeah this is the reason i cant make the Hard Evolution night. as much as id love to attend.

Family.. as much as i dislike spedning too much time iwth them.. gotta do it for the cause

and well... a 50th is somthing to celebrate. after what my family has gone thru with smoking related illness's, at one stage i wasnt sure id see this day with my mother.

so i plan to 'rave my face off' just 700km away..

you're a good son, and well done to ya mum for reaching the grand old age...last time I travelled back was for my dads 60th, so I guess in another 5 years when he's 70 I'll make the trek again

... yea i probly did! and its so true... even if we just end up at my place we can get smashed and listen to really good tunes..... If you sneek in someone who can 'DJ' we could have a right 'ol private do!!

actually if quite a few are interested we could hire the soccer club which happens to be directly across the road from my house...

i'll cross my fingers that something decent is on that weekend.... we do have a 'club'

(if you can call it that..) and we do actually get adelaide DJs over regularly...sooo, we may be lucky! If not PARTY at Teesha & MagiK's!!!

my only definites will be that i must be there for friday night. so those keen to come will have to have either thurs or Friday off. as mentioned. depedning on schedules sunday/monday will be a drive back to adealide

and if i got you guys keen.. be good to share the driving

working at a rental company makes it a tad easier

cheaper rates per day for my hire period, and a basic pick of wat cars/trucks when ever i need it

will sort out details ASAP!

independant accomodations( if required), altho i should be able to provide this on the most part in caravans at our beach shack.. tho i doubt we will be sleeping much

prob stay in pt lincoln friday night and sat night...

Craig.... Plenty of floor space, but swags will have to be brought.... altho I do have a fold out lounge, but thats in one of the kids rooms, altho, I doubt they'll be home if shenanigans are planned!! All welcome to stay, altho I doubt we'll be sleeping much

Craig is right .. we're basically the biggest kids on anthems .. I'm looking forward to seeing what condition we leave Port Lincoln in by the end of the weekend, hah!

Teesha .. I actually just realised I've never really partied with you before. You gave me my first ever piece of kandi (quite a significant thing in my book) and we've never even partied together.

We will make up for this on June 14th weekend, Fear and Loathing style

thats cool, coz mark keeps telling me i'll never grow up! and i beleive him..... we are just to big 'goobers' .. We're silly every opportunity we get... which is nearly all the time

and we will have to make up for that lack of joint partying! i remeber i spent most of the night at enchanted telling people if they saw you, to introduce us.... and not meeting you til nearly the end of the night ... haha. We've got a whole weekend to rectify that!!

I'm glad I have something to look forward to as we won't be making it over for WE.
