Hello.....awesome movie

Speaking of which.....hey paul, where's my copy hehe

Hehe thats what I thought...

and its a little name me and friends have for those times when u're relaxin' at someone's house late in the am after a big night out =]

Another thing, when you enter your state in the address thing you can't enter ACT... unfortunately thats where I live... (I'm an Adelaide ex-pat i promise, so don't ban me =])

Someone gave it to me on DivX about 3 years ago along with about 200 other movies, and I nearly didn't watch it cos the name sounded boring! ANother case for not judging a book by its cover. A movie that any raver would appreciate, but in such a different way to something like Human Traffic!

Hrmm, now there's an idea.....a movie session of movies that ravers would appreciate

I know it's hard to swallow, but just get adopted by NSW for a bit until Paul can look into the ACT thing

Thats kool I like to think of it as NSW anyway =] it's not so depressing that way....

The only good thing about canberra is it's close to Sydney haha

Sorry to but in - but that movie thing is a great idea!!!!!!
how bout requiem for a dream???

Don't ever be sorry to but in....this isn't some stuck up forum where only the "old crew" can post

A friend of mine recommended Requium to me....I downloaded it but have never watched it.

My first thought was to have a raver movie night at my house on my big screen, but I think this could outgrow even my little cineam. I might start another thread and see where this leads!

I dont know.... requiem seems like it's propaganda made by US government in the "war on drugs"....

The picture it paints is far too bleak for my liking... assuming that user=abuser....

i love this place so much better then any other - everyone is so nice here. I'm so used to being abused if i say anything!!!!!!
You have to watch req - you wont move an inch the whole time!!!!!

i know exactly what you mean - but i did think it was a very interesting view - not necessarily true about all people...

Yeah for sure, not to knock the movie. it's graphic, gripping and all just sometimes feels a little that way... I mean even the old lady's life gets destroyed!

And that dude's arm... whoa =]

Let us know the thread u start davon I can think of a bunch of movies that could be appropriate

eeww!!!! i have visions of the arm now!!! God that made me cringe!!!!

awwwww, that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside

New thread...

Very good point...

And the way they show the girl doin that stuff at the end is just so wrong...

It gives a good "idea" of how bad things can get, which I guess is encouraging in some way for others to be responsible with their own personal use.

Definately a movie not to watch on a sunday.

I haven't seen Salton Sea, what it about??

Hmmm Requeim for a dream....have heard so much about it, but never actually watched it.

Anywayz great to have you here Salton, dont forget to post and that way we can see ya at the next anthems.
