I consider myself old school as I have been going out since Metro days which was a wicked club. It was also a great club when it changed to State. My favourite clubs in the old school days were defiently Control, The Ark, Lerox, Life & The Star Club. Luna bar was also a great club on Thursday nights. The list just goes on, later on down the track Disco & Discovery were also heaps of fun. The Koclub was also pretty cool.

Im looking heaps forward to the next pary over the Queens B'day, but one thing I would love to see coz he was one of my favourite DJs is for Gary Hughs (DJ name huzi I think, Its been a while since ive heard his name anywhere) to play a set for old times sake. I know this is probably impossible but it would be great to get The
System AD back to Adelaide for a set. Another great thing to see would be for DJ Excitement to come back & play a set, he was the ultimate DJ for sure.

Keep up the good work guys, I live for the oldschool parties as it brings back so many memories for me of when I first started going out, theres nothing like a trip down memory lane.

P-S - Just a suggestion but if you want someone who has all the wicked old school tracks to play, do you remember DJ Troy (not Troy Jellybean)? He knows you quite well Paul, you would defiently know him if you saw his face. He used to play at most of the recovery parties, at The Koclub, Luna Bar, Fusion, Smile, The big ticket just to name a few.

That sounds like my lineup of venues... now The Star Club was f**king awesome!


Old Uzi now does not have a record collection and a totally given up DJing. DJ Excitement is rumored to be at the bottom of lake in UK after ripping even more people of after leaving Adelaide. The System AD has been back in town a few times, and I'll keep my ear our for his next return, Adam was a great guy!


Yeap.. I know him, haven't seen him for many, many, many year! We look forward to yor participation around here I'd love to see a picture of you... because with that list of clubs.. I MUST have met you!
