...you are in the local cheap shop and there are only two of you in there. the other being a lady buying some fake flowers and other tidbits for her daughters 18th. she gets served before you and is paying by credit card because she has no coins on her. after she pays for hers, as she is collecting her stuff, she says "oh no! I forgot sticky tape!! and I'll bet its only about 50c or something silly and its a $5 minimum!" I point her in the direction of the sticky tape, and offer to pay the $1 for a roll of sticky tape so she didn't have to buy something unnecessarily to make up the minimum. She declines, but thanks me for the offer.

while she wanders around the store looking for something else to buy so she can make the purchase - I pay for her sticky tape along with the stuff I was buying and leave it sitting on top of her purchases at the counter. as I'm about to walk out the door, she comes from an isle, still trying to find something else to buy - and thanks me again for the kind gesture.

I sing out to her "I've already paid for it for you!! Hope your daughter has a lovely 18th" and walked out.

I reduced my carb and bad fats intake. I increased my cardio regime. I only drink low carb beer once in a while now and if I go out for the night I generally just drink a glass of red or cognac/Jacks/whiskey neat. Coupled with a good diet, the hard work paid off.

yeah my diet is killin me! luv pasta (big carb no no) - love food in general - but I am trying to put on mass and power - I dont eat bad - just lots lol! But gettin abs slowly!!
