Well it just recently opened and it's actually a VIP room and club frequented by the likes of Paris Hilton, Johnny Depp, etc but anybody can go play and drink. And i believe if you are truely committed and the man wants to get married but the woman doesn't HOW HARD can it be to get a piece of paper signed? If you give your life 100% to the man, signing a paper isn't a big deal. I believe if a woman is adiment about not getting married then she doesn't not want to be locked into contract to one man she cannot be fully commited... Marriage by the state has no cerimony and not done under "god" so wont be religiously conflicting with anyone, so why the hell not?
